Preparation

continuous or discontinuous operation carried out whether in wide or in rope according to articles
 
 

Laboratory

structured in order to supply the requested colour tests with instrumental prescription. Equipped in order to carry out the main controls of solidity and stability

Dyeing

the firm is divided into groups of machines of different conceptions for dyeing in discontinuous, as follows:

  • machine type "Overflow HT"

  • machine type "Aria HT"

  • machine type "Jet and Overflow AT"

  • machine type "Jigger"
 
 

Finishing

in addition to the classic operations of opening-flattening and thermosetting, the company is able to ennoble with treatments of:

  • grinding

  • brush machine

  • calendering

  • sanforization

  • "airo" treatment

  • specific finishing like: softener and liquid-repellent

Final Checking

checking and signalling of the defects with possibility to map each cloth before going on the cutting
